SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

We aim to deliver most items within 2 ~4 working days of receiving your order. 
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and within the UK.

We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce to send most of our stock.

Post & packaging costs are as follows 
£4 up to 1kg
£11 up to 4kg
£15 up to 7kg

Any items heavier will be quoted separately. 

In addition collection can be alternatively arranged from our office. Please choose local pick up at checkout and send us an email hello@iris-and-mabel.com to arrange a convenient time.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

We charge a flat rate of £20 per order to deliver to the following European countries.

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Jersey and Guernsey also fall within this delivery service.

 

DELIVERY TO USA & CANADA

We charge a flat shipping rate of £40 per order 

Duties and taxes

Your completed order value covers the purchase of all products and delivery to your stated address. However if applicable you will be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred for shipping to the destination. You as the customer will be responsible for paying these charges, which is normally arranged by the courier. If left unpaid, or if a customer rejects their item at the time of delivery, the shipping cost to return that item to us will be deducted from the original product price customer refund.

We make every effort to keep packaging as environmentally friendly as possible, reusing existing boxes and choosing recycled tape.
