A rare find. A 19th century Minton 10” dinner plate in the Lyre pattern.

Hand painted in a cobalt blue & red floral design. In good condition. 1 has a chip on one edge and wear to some of painted on the rims, but no cracks. 

Minton based in Staffordshire, England was one of the most successful and well known pottery companies of its time.

A majolica leaf pattern comport, these items are known for their lustrous emerald green glaze. 

This one has a beautiful scalloped edge.

The RS mark accompanied with the anchor indicates the piece was manufactured by Regal & Sanejouand in the late 19th century French Majolica.

This piece could be used to serve cakes or biscuits.

A highly decorative design and shape indicative of this Victorian era. 

It has a kite mark at the bottom dating it between 1842 and 1883. The mark indicates that the design of jug was registered with the British Patent Office, but not necessarily that it was patented.
